Each participation registration must be accompanied by an Abstract written according to the prescribed format, either in Malay or English.

Video Thumbnail: The front cover of the video must include the IMAN25 logo display.
The video content structure must include:
1. Introduction
2. Problem Statement
3. Design and Innovation Features
4. Novelty and Uniqueness
5. Commercialization Potential
6. Publications, Patents, or Awards / Recognition (if applicable)
Each entry must submit one (1) video presentation of their respective innovation project or product.
The video duration must be between 5 to 8 minutes. Videos that exceed the maximum limit of 8 minutes will be disqualified.
Videos can be produced in Malay or English. Videos produced in Malay must be accompanied by English subtitles.
Innovation videos must be uploaded to the YouTube channel.
Only the YouTube video link must be submitted with the Innovation Video Payment and Submission Form.
Video presentations will be judged based on the participant's creativity.
Make sure the audio is clear and of high quality to ensure optimal sound.
4 Judging Criteria Videos must be presented clearly, namely:
1. Meet all content structures
2. Clarity and understanding of the video narrative
3. Creativity of the video presentation
4. Quality of presentation (video and audio)

Only three (3) Best Innovation Products for each Innovation Track will qualify for the final presentation of the 2025 Malay World Innovation Competition.
The final presentation session will be conducted virtually via Google Meet.
The selected finalists will be notified one week before the presentation session and must be prepared to make an online presentation.
Finalists must prepare presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
The presentation duration is 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the question and answer session.
The first winner of the Special Award for each Innovation Track will take home a cash prize of RM1,000, a Special Award Cup, a Medal, a Certificate of Participation and a Certificate of Achievement.
The International Malay World Innovation Monograph 2025 publication will combine a collection of writings from various fields of knowledge and expertise that focus on the results of innovation research on the Malay World, especially in the themes of Technology, Education and Entrepreneurship.
Each innovation entry along with the Monograph manuscript will be published for free with e-ISBN registration by MARA University of Technology Publishers.
The Monograph manuscript can be written in Malay or English with no more than 5 pages, download the template below as a reference.
The content of the Monograph manuscript is as follows:
